The new Springside dining room is smaller in size compared to the Atrium at Spring, but the intimacy simply enhances the signature vivacity of a traditional French bistro, bubbling with joie de vivre.

 Springside also offers Happy Hour every Tuesday through Friday evening for guests to come unwind after a long work day with specialty priced libations and appetizers at the Springside Bar from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, including a trio of wines, and specialty cocktails. Guests can also nibble on an array of snacks, such as the Marinated Olives, Herbed Goat Cheese on Crostini, Beef Tartare, and the true pearl of the menu, $1.00 Oysters, served with fresh lemon and mignonette.
