Shipping

Shipping is a flat $5.95 for a tote, and $2.00 for each additional tote, anywhere in the United States! We will ship orders out from the Los Angeles, California area within 48 hours and items should arrive within 2-6 business days with standard shipping depending on your destination. Rush delivery available for an additional charge. Sorry, we are unable to ship out of the country at this time. 

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

To return an item, please email us at [email protected] to receive an RA (Return Authorization) Number. Returns without an RA# will not be processed. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for sales shipped to the state of California. For sales shipped outside of California, no sales tax applies.
